De Vesper is ondertussen een gevestigde waarde in Kortrijk desondanks het feit dat het pas een goed jaar geleden de deuren geopend heeft. Dat het lekkere eten en het uitermate vriendelijk personeel daar voor iets tussen zit, valt niet te ontkennen. Ook de sfeer die van de eetkroeg uitgaat, zorgt ervoor dat je naar binnen gelokt wordt. Met andere woorden, het totaalplaatje klopt.

The Vesper has grown to be a well known spot in Kortrijk despite the fact that it has been open for only one year. The delicious food and friendly staff are the main reasons it has become so popular and loved. The atmosphere alone makes you want to go in and have a bite. In other words, you'll get the total package.
In de Vesper kan je terecht voor originele en lekkere gerechten die toch vertrouwd aanvoelen. Door elk recept met een creatieve invalshoek te bekijken, slaagt het keukenteam er telkens in om je met leuke texturen en nieuwe smaken te verrassen. Het vlotte en professionele zaalpersoneel zijn de kers op de taart. Dat eten bij de Vesper ook geen aanslag is op je portemonnee, is ook zeer mooi meegenomen. Na het eten kan je terecht in de Vagant, het cafƩ net naast de Vesper. De Vagant wordt door dezelfde eigenaar gerund en staat bekend om zijn lekkere cocktails en gin-tonics.

At the Vesper you'll find original and good dishes that still feel familiar. Because they try to give each dish an original twist, you'll be suprised by the taste combinations and textures. The professional and friendly waiting staff are the cherry on top. Eating at Vesper also won't make you wallet that much lighter which is another positive thing. After you've had dinner or lunch you can pay the Vagant a visit, the pub that's located next to the Vesper and runned by the same owner. If you're into good cocktails and nice gin-tonics, then this is the place to be!
Tip: Zin om in de Vesper te gaan eten, dan is reserveren aangeraden.
